Like any other company during this COVID-19 pandemic, MotivIT is managing challenges that pushes the entire organization’s capacity and capabilities to the limit. During these extraordinary times, our employees were able to shift from an office environment to a fully Work-from-Home (WFH) model in record time. To ensure our team of staff worldwide are able to check if their home computing environment meets our WFH requirements, our full-stack in-house Applications Team rapidly developed a software specifically for this purpose. This is necessary in order to ensure our client-facing agents maintain strict compliance with key IT requirements including data security. During this time, some of our key customers had also approached us for advice. We realized that all of our clients, as well as the general community, would benefit from this and thus a separate version has been created for public use - WFH Readiness Check.

INTRODUCING WFH READINESS CHECK

The WFH Readiness Check software is completely free with no strings attached. No installation is required, it can be run directly after downloading and does not leave any trace on your machine. It is designed to check the IT readiness of employees to work from their homes. The software checks the following:

• (1) System Requirements – PC Properties & Browser;
• (2) Network Connection;
• (3) Audio/Video; and
• (4) Security
