MotivIT, LLC provides complete IT outsourcing solutions to enterprise and organizations in the US and worldwide. MotivIT’s core offerings include Managed Services, Global Service Desk and Network Operations Center delivered exclusively through its Global Service Center (GSC). Today, MotivIT has end-to-end expertise in both delivering quality IT infrastructure projects as well as world-class support of our client’s critical business systems. It also offers ongoing support, technical projects, and experts in your office when you need them. Whether you are a small business or a larger enterprise, your network, and IT infrastructure serves as the backbone of your entire business operations. The products and services offered by MotivIT for clients are obtained from third-party vendors (i.e “Third-Party Products and Services” referred to in Sections 7.1 of the MSA).

MotivIT’s Primary Services are provided and warranted following the terms under the Master Services Agreement (MSA).

Generally, the products and services provided by MotivIT are provided and warranted by the third-party vendor or service provider in accordance with the terms of an End User License Agreement (EULA) published by such third-party vendor or service provider.
