Request Forms on Support Portal is finally live!

We are excited to announce that, due to your suggestions we are able to improve our service.

In fact, we just launched a new feature on our Support Portal to assist you better and easier. 

In the last few months, we have been tirelessly working to improve our product/service and we believe that the new Request Forms on our Support Portal will help you enjoy your experience with MotivIT even more.

So what is Onboarding/Offboarding Request Forms all about?

Employee Onboarding
Simply fill out the form for a complete and smooth onboarding process of your future employees. For Standard Onboardings, it is best if you can raise the request at least 5 business days in advance before the actual start date of the newly onboarded employee.

Employee Offboarding
Simply fill out the form for a complete and smooth offboarding process of your employees. For Standard Offboardings, it will be completed within one business day (subject to the size of data to be backed up, if back up is necessary).
