Our COVID-19 Readiness Update

It has been more than a year since COVID-19 caused immense damage to different industries, and businesses, no one was spared. As the number of new cases globally continues to surge fueled by COVID variants, it is therefore important that we continue to take protective actions to establish a healthy community.

Along with the effort of various sectors to develop vaccines and the government’s measures, MotivIT does its part by remaining focused on following and implementing health guidelines. Our goal is to decrease the spread of COVID-19 and lower the impact of the virus within our workplace. Bearing this in mind, we adjust and adapt with the following actions implemented that includes:

Environmental Cleanliness

• Placing additional sanitizer sections around the office
• Reminding health protocols using signage and posters
• Scheduling recurring sanitizing sessions within the office (esp workstations), pantry, and all common areas
• Providing no-touch closed bins for proper and safe waste management
• Keeping the office well-ventilated

Workspace & Facilities

• Keeping one desk empty between staff members and/or installation of table shields between cubes
• Encouraging contactless meetings
• Avoiding or reducing physical meeting and gatherings at the office
• Prohibiting the sharing of equipment
• Limiting the number of employees using the pantry at a time
• Encouraging employees to bring their own eating utensils
• Marking of tables, chairs, and floors to practice social distancing

Social Practice

• Maintaining physical distancing
• Observing good personal hygiene at all times
• Wearing of facemask constantly to protect employees and others

Administration Control

• Establishing a workable and up to date COVID-19 Response Plan
• Regular reviewing of Contingency Plan for WFH
• Free meals prepared in-house for our office staff (food safety + especially for night shift)
• Mandatory for all employees to use MotivIT’s custom contact tracing “Tracer” system to track health and temperature status
• Mandatory travel declaration from employees on their travel history
• Mandatory for all employees to report their WFH readiness environment compliance on a regular basis
• Providing support for employees in handling suspected COVID exposure/cases
