Effective August 1, 2018, we will be merging our company with OnKey IT Solutions whom we have been in partnership with for an extended time. The combination of our resources will provide more depth in our personnel, expanded knowledge and continued dedication towards quality support and service. OnKey IT’s existing operations will continue to be supported by our Global Service Center through a highly experienced management & leadership team. MotivIT will continue to partner with customers throughout their business needs to provide targeted solutions, with the goal of sustaining long-term and mutually beneficial relationships. There are no immediate changes in any of our current business activities, processes or relationships:

• You will continue to work with the same great sales, service, and support teams; and while we do have a new company name, the name of ‘OnKeyIT’ will remain in use until completion of merger;
• All products and services currently delivered and supplied are unchanged;
• No changes are being made to support locations, support processes or product quality;
• For normal business or emergencies, your current contact points, offices, addresses, telephone numbers, etc. are still valid; and
• Your ordering, delivery, invoicing and remit-to processes, including documentation, do not change.
